League Format
- Wednesday nights at The Net at Gold's Gym, 258 Titusville Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603, September 16 through October 28.
- 6 v 6 on the field.
- Kickoffs at 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM during the regular season, and 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM on playoff nights.
- Week 5 (October 14) is played at Germania at the same 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM times, since the Net is not available that night.
- $900 per team, paid in full before opening night. Cash or Venmo.
- Weeks 1-5 are the regular season: every team plays every other team once.
- Weeks 6-7 are playoffs. Seeds 1-4 play semifinals, then a final and third place game. Seeds 5 and 6 play each other on both nights.

When are games?
Wednesday nights from September 16 to October 28, 2026. Regular season kickoffs are at 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and playoff nights kick off at 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
What is the format?
6 v 6 on the field with two 25-minute halves. There is no offside, the ball is restarted with kick-ins, and all free kicks are direct. Six teams play a five-week round robin, then two weeks of playoffs.
How much does it cost?
$900 per team, paid in full before the first game by cash or Venmo.
How do the playoffs work?
Seeds 1 to 4 play semifinals, then a championship final and a third place game. Seeds 5 and 6 play a two-game fifth place series, so every team plays on both playoff nights.
